So, I think this has been on a directory of potential subjects for the portrait series for years. Just sat there (as quite a few do).
Took it out while watching C-Span and doodled the linework in Pitt Marker and then added some contrast and dodging digitally.
If anyone knows who the subject is, let her and me know, as I would like to assign a name to this.
