So this is part of a group of 5 small textural works submitted as part of the Tuba release for the Breed Art Group.
The idea was to relate them to the idea of Pilgrimage, this one is called Axum , supposedly the site where the Ark of the Covenant resided, Axum is in modern Ethopia, and is a venerated site for Ethiopian Orthodox Catholics.
